Free Weekly Running Groups:

Group Runs:
-Wednesdays at 6:15pm
(3 to 6 mile run)
-Saturdays at 8:00am
(3 to 10+ mile run)
-Meet at West Seattle Runner

Our bi-weekly group runs focus on building healthy base mileage and getting runners incorporated into the local running community. You run at your own pace, and we can provide you with a route for your desired mileage that starts and ends at the shop. While it is not required to run with others, it is easy to find a group/buddy doing a similar run to your own. A great way to stay accountable for your weekly mileage!

Track Night:
-Tuesdays at 6:15pm
-Meet at West Seattle Runner
before shifting to Hiawatha Track

Our track group is focused on building speed, strength, form and fortitude. Each week you will receive a planned track workout with a coach available to help guide and encourage you. Looking to bring down your mile time? Chasing down that new personal record? This might be the group for you!

We will be hosting a question and answer session for the Full Fit and Got Fit training groups. We just want to make sure that at this point in the training you are dialing in your nutrition, understand recovery needs, signs of overtraining, suitable pacing for long runs and track workouts etc And we will hope to be able to answer any questions you have for us! Please note the start time of this session. You should be able to get your full track workout in if we stay focused.

Courtney Shish, of Sea Pines PT is giving a presentation on injury prevention for our GET, GOT and FULL Fit participants. If you are a part of these training programs, please attend this clinic. We are hosting our Run01 Clinic for our training groups. While this will be targeting at Get Fit, since we are covering form and walk/run intervals, we actually believe the concepts are relevant for all training groups, especially if you need a brush up on form, nutrition, run/walk intervals or have any questions you need answered. Note: we are starting at 7pm so we will aim to keep announcements short so you can get started on your run ASAP. But you may need to move your run up earlier to get the mileage in or move it to a different day. Let us know if you have questions!

This will be day one of our free group training program for the Seattle Marathon. We have a program for beginner marathoners and more advanced marathoners.
