Intermediate Half Marathon Training

Got Fit! is for runners who have run a Half Marathon and want to take thier running to the next level.
In this group you will recieve a mileage plan and workout guidance for our two weekly group runs, weekly track workouts, as well as the accountability of the group.

This plan is designed for runners with Half Marathon experience and solid base mileage.
