Free Weekly Running Groups:

Group Runs:
-Wednesdays at 6:15pm
(3 to 6 mile run)
-Saturdays at 8:00am
(3 to 10+ mile run)
-Meet at West Seattle Runner

Our bi-weekly group runs focus on building healthy base mileage and getting runners incorporated into the local running community. You run at your own pace, and we can provide you with a route for your desired mileage that starts and ends at the shop. While it is not required to run with others, it is easy to find a group/buddy doing a similar run to your own. A great way to stay accountable for your weekly mileage!

Track Night:
-Tuesdays at 6:15pm
-Meet at West Seattle Runner
before shifting to Hiawatha Track

Our track group is focused on building speed, strength, form and fortitude. Each week you will receive a planned track workout with a coach available to help guide and encourage you. Looking to bring down your mile time? Chasing down that new personal record? This might be the group for you!

Join us for an info session to find out more about an intermediate half marathon training program.
-Training will start Jan 28th for a half marathon in May.
-You should come into this program with half marathon experience and base mileage.

(This is a free program, so it is not a comprehensive weekly plan, but will give you a group to train with and workouts 3 days per week)

Marathon Training Program Info Night

Come to learn about our Marathon Training Program.
-There will be a plan for novice and intermediate marathoners to follow for our scheduled group run days.
-We will begin on January 14th for a race in May (option to modify the first week in June).

-West Seattle Float Dodger 5K will return, July 22nd, 2023!

MONTHY INJURY SCREENINGS
-BioJunction Sports Therapy: 2nd Monday of each month, 4:30pm-6pm
-Sound Physical Therapy: 4th Wednesday of each month, 6pm-7pm

GET FIT WEST SEATTLE
-Our Couch to Half Marathon training program kicks off a new session twice a year. Expect to see info nights and kick off events each January & August.
