For tonight’s workout you can try out a pair of Superfeet Run Pacer Elite inserts! West Seattle Runner will provide three levels of speed workouts so you can find what fits your needs. Or come to run easy or walk on a lit surface with friendly peeps and coaches trackside to help! This is a great opportunity to get introduced to track workouts in a low-pressure, supportive environment. If you want to push your limits and have time goals in mind, this will help you.
Format: 10 minute warm-up on the track, warm-up drills, workout, 10 minute cool-down on the track
