Full Fit is a free group training program that is designed for folks to come together and train for a marathon with partners. Come and learn more, meet one another and get your questons answered! We have a beginner and intermediate option. There are 3 group training sessions per week. You will be trained to run a marathon in time for the Seattle full in November. You should have a base going into this. Please message if you have questions about that. It kicks off on Aug 22nd.
