GOT Fit is a free group training program for intermediate to advanced half marathoners. There is an opportunity to do 3 group workouts per week. We will have you trained and ready for half marathons in November. You can do the Seattle Marathon at the end of the month. We are also offering a plan for the Run the Bay at the beginning of November. The Run the Bay will be less training weeks but we will still have you more than ready in time. This kicks off Aug 29th.
