We will be hosting a question and answer session for the Full Fit and Got Fit training groups. We just want to make sure that at this point in the training you are dialing in your nutrition, understand recovery needs, signs of overtraining, suitable pacing for long runs and track workouts etc And we will hope to be able to answer any questions you have for us! Please note the start time of this session. You should be able to get your full track workout in if we stay focused.
