We are hosting our Run01 Clinic for our training groups. While this will be targeting at Get Fit, since we are covering form and walk/run intervals, we actually believe the concepts are relevant for all training groups, especially if you need a brush up on form, nutrition, run/walk intervals or have any questions you need answered. Note: we are starting at 7pm so we will aim to keep announcements short so you can get started on your run ASAP. But you may need to move your run up earlier to get the mileage in or move it to a different day. Let us know if you have questions!
